First Qualittscoaches 2007 trained in the context of the project Servicequalitt Saxonia-Anhalt at the university resin

Proudly the new Qualittscoaches with their coaches Manuela cook (in front, center) and Matthias's green mountain (top center) presents the acquired Q-Coach-certificates - to 16. and 17 January 2007 at the university resin the first training was organized of Qualittscoaches as continuation of the quality offensive Saxonia-Anhalt. Altogether twelve participant inside and participants could take at the end of the second training course daily the certificate to quality Coach stage I against.

Many new realizations for daily practice in handling the guest managing director Arnim Boeckmann took also in its land and rider hotel to Selkemhle . With constant agreement of all seminar participants it praised the outstanding atmosphere, the very competent lecturers and the suitable meeting frameworks.

In its one-man enterprise Ute Bierotte of the pension of the same name will begin to lead an actual state analysis with consideration of the customer eyeglasses . It wants to compare above all expectations of the guests with its specific pension offer and define afterwards individual standards.

With this first seminar the university resin began its training course order in the country-wide project Servicequalitt Saxonia-Anhalt . Under use of a promotion of the country Saxonia-Anhalt and the European Union here contents are practice-orientedly arranged for the participants like a determining of customer expectations, improved complaint management and above all the development by measure plans. In the context of the conversion of the training courses the interested receive participant inside and participants then concrete assistance by the university resin. Subsequently, the enterprises can support the result of their efforts by a certifying.

The fact that an quality-oriented management disburses itself is safe itself of Ute Bierotte. So that however also the entire region thereby can recruit, must all Servicequalitt live . And in such a way it recommends above all the participation in a seminar to managing directors, department managers and quality-oriented coworkers to the Qualittscoach training.
