Duesseldorf, February 2007. The hotel nikko Duesseldorf has a new F&B manager: Fabian Rieden. The 31-Jhrige replaces thereby its predecessor Franz Carpenter, who left the house. Rieden is responsible in its new function for all gastronomische mechanisms in the four star Superior house. In addition Benkay count the Japanese speciality restaurant , the Torii bar & Bistro, as well as the complete flank range. Fabian Rieden sees the emphasis of its work further in the optimization of the service achievements as well as the still stronger adjustment of the offers on international guests. Fabian Rieden is had nationally examined hotel landlord (WIHOGA Dortmund) and international experiences: To his training as the hotel specialist in maritime the hotel & Congress Centrum Bremen changed native sour countries in for citizens of Berlin the Kempinski hotel Adlon, where it was active for two years as Assistant Chief Steward and trainee Banqueting/Catering. Subsequently, the training as the hotel landlord followed. Rieden in the USA spent two years, where he put his conclusion down with MBA to the Johnson & Wales University into Providence/Rhode Island into internationally Hospitality & Tourism management. Before its return to Germany he had responsibility one year as Assistant restaurant & bars managers in the Peninsula hotel New York, before he changed Duesseldorf in the hotel nikko.
